1. Services
Freshome provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across the UAE. Services are booked online or via phone and are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment
We use the information to:
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Full payment or deposit is required to confirm the booking
Payment is accepted online via secure gateways
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 12 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% charge
- No-shows are non-refundable
4. Service Guarantee
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service:

We will schedule a re-clean or issue a partial refund (at our discretion)
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
- Remove valuables or fragile items
- Ensure safety for our staff (e.g., secure pets, disclose hazards)
6. Liability
Freshome is insured, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not reported damaged within 24 hours
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
7. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Misuse our website or services
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Copy content or branding
8. Changes to Terms
Freshome reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
